Wouldn't it be great if you could eat all you wanted and not put on weight? Do ou remember when you were young and could just eat and eat? In the following article I would like to look at how you again can become a fat burning furnace.

In your youth you probably had a good well balanced diet and you got plenty of exercise. Children burn fat well because they are naturally physically active. Even when you are in early adulthood you move around more and exercise more readily, but through the years your movement and exercising slows down which is closely followed by your metabolism.
